What is Counselling?

Counselling will give you a private and safe space with someone who will actively and non-judgmentally listen to whatever is concerning you. Together through talking therapy we will look at your experiences and allow time for you to gently discover new possibilities and heal old wounds.

About Cherie

I am a fully qualified and insured integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and registered with the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
I have background as Reflective Life Coach specialising in Positive Parenting.


I gained my degree in Counselling from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David. Since graduating I have continued to study and regularly undertake a range of professional development activities. I also have regular clinical supervision.

About Eve

I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and am a registered member of the BACP.

I have a background in working with adults with learning disabilities and mental health and have a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

I am approachable, empathetic and trustworthy and offer a confidential and safe environment where together we can explore your individual needs and concerns by looking at past experiences and working towards goals, acceptance and change.

Being a humanistic, integrative counsellor means that we acknowledge how important the relationship between client and counsellor is, and therefore strive to build one where you will feel safe, heard and understood. Being integrative gives us the knowledge and ability to use tools specifically tailored to fit the needs of each client.

Services and Fees

One-to-one counselling in a safe and confidential space.

Initial assessment – £30

Individual session (50 mins) – £35

Telephone counselling (payments to be made 24 hours in advance).

Individual session (50 mins) – £20

Payment is respectfully requested at each session, including your initial appointment. Payment accepted by cash or debit/credit card. Receipts will be provided upon request. 

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be subject to full payment.
